FOOD WAS AMAZING ‼Very portioned platter. Mi got thee large goat Curry. Very well seasoned and flavorful. Goat was very tender and moist. I loved their energy when i walked through thee door and the atmosphere was peaceful. I most definitely will be coming bac wen mi in thee area

Absolutely amazing food and a true gem in Carlisle. The owner was kind enough to give us some samples of his various dishes and it was really hard to choose... I would never have tried curry goat (I thought I hated curry), but WOW, it was delicious. Ended up choosing the brown stew chicken (10/10), but the curry goat will be a great excuse to return!

Now this was a great experience. The food... absolutely amazing!! I got the small jerl chicken and a small mac and cheese and I gotta say that food didn't last long once I got home. If you ever thought about trying this place. Stop thinking and GO!! You won't be disappointed. I can't wait for my next visit.

We used B&L Caribbean to cater our wedding about a month ago and can not say enough good things! Bryan was so helpful during the planning process, especially as I currently live out of state and was not able to work with them in person at all. The food was absolutely fantastic, and all of the staff were lovely and so efficient at serving my guests in a timely manner. I didn't hear or have a single complaint, and easily have a new favorite restaurant anytime I am in town.We had a buffet of fried chicken, jerk chicken rice and beans, mac and cheese, and plantains. I've also had the oxtail and fries at different times in past visits, and everything has always been phenomenal

All I can say is WOW! To be very honest, I read many reviews here and was about not to order. But I threw caution to the wind, and my family was amazed by the food. Now, to be fair, I don't know carribean food much, so I can't give sincere reviews on that, BUT I can tell you that all the food we ordered 4 X Curry Goat (Large) , Mac and cheese, salad, etc were DA BOMB. I don't know who the cook is, but this food was made with love. There is so much flavor in every food we had.On top of that, the fryer was down. The owner called me and swapped my Fried Chicken Box with jerk chicken.He even went far beyond in replacement if the fries, giving me a selection of cabbage, fried plantains, coleslaw, etc.HE WENT FAR BEYOND WHAT HE SHOUOD DO AND WON US ALL OVER.OMG you will not be disappointed. The flavors were amazing.My favorite of the entire meal was the meat pastries. Lord have mercy, I could eat those all day long.

First time ordering here. I just moved to the area after the last hurricane hit FL losing my home. I was feeling homesick today looking for comfort food, I found this gem. Everything on the menu sounded so good that it took me a while to decide. I went with the Jerk Chicken (Large) platter. I got the sweet plantains, rice and beans and cabbage I also took advantage of the bogo deal on the Best Mac & Cheese. I never watched the map on door dash so hard waiting for my food to arrive. I was shocked and pleased at how heavy the box felt and opening it up to see all the delicious food inside. It was like the sound effect to what is sounds like when the gates of heaven open in movies lol I snapped a quick pic to brag before digging in and oh my goodness. The flavor was amazing. Everything complimented each other so well! It had seasoning that not only could you see but also taste! A true musical for my mouth and belly! I want to thank the cook who prepared my order I was looking for comfort food and this was definitely a warm hug from the inside. It even had a hand written note that said "you are loved, happy holidays" I really appreciate y'all from the bottom of my heart! There's literally nothing left for me to do now, but take a much needed nap!

Food: I got the large jerk chicken with plantains, rice and beans, and Mac n cheese, I also got the spicy beef pattyThe chicken was super tender and juicy! it had an amazing flavor and was slightly sweet with a little kickThe plantains were great, I love plantainsThe rice and beans were well seasoned and wasn't dry, paired really well with the chickenThe Mac n cheese was also really goodThe spicy beef patty was incredible, the beef was delicious and the patty was super crispy and flakyOverall the food was top tier, it was about 22 for the platter and patty which isn't bad at all considering how filling it was. Portions were great as wellService: the staff was really nice and inviting, got us our food quickly, and thanked us for comingAtmosphere: great atmosphere, walked in and was hit with heat and scent from the food and spices. Super friendly environment, lots of art on the walls. We ate in so they put on some music which was nice. Even though the dining area was small there was still plenty of space at the tables and to move around.Overall incredible food and experience, if I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to come back

finally got around to trying this place out - i regret taking so long to give it a shot!!! first of all,the owners are super friendly. when told i was having trouble deciding between two items (because i’ve never had caribbean food before) they allowed me to try one item and help me make up my mind. i went with the curried goat and holy crap was that a good choice. if you’re thinking about it but worried about the curry flavor,it’s not as strong as indian curry flavors,while still being curry. it’s delicious. pair that with a bite of their mac n cheese? that’s a flavor packed bite you won’t regret.now i need to make my way back to try everything else on the menu!
